Del Maguey is a collection of fine, rare, unblended Mezcals made by individual family producers in small remote villages scattered throughout the state of Oxaca (pronounced Wah-Ha-Kah) in Mexico. Mezcal has taken the London bar scene by storm in 2014, and its popularity is set to continue to grow throughout the whole of the UK in 2015.
